ways to collaborate

Your business, your story, finally connected.

An honest look at where you are and what will actually move things forward, sized to fit a business that's just you, or just a few of you.

who you are

Does this sound like you?

Not everyone I work with looks the same on paper. Some are just getting started, figuring out what their business is even trying to say. Others have been at it for years and are ready to stop patching things together. What connects almost everyone: you're doing this yourself, or close to it, and you'd rather build something real than fake it until you scale.

Solo founders & small teams who know their "why" but need help saying it clearly

Creative entrepreneurs & artists building a brand around their work (a new release, a growing shop, a personal practice, etc)

Businesses running lean, without a marketing person on staff

Values-led owners who'd rather grow slowly and right than fast and hollow

Collaborations that are meaningful.

  • "Chantelle thought of things I might not have thought as important: dual tablecloths, tissue paper and boxes for packaging, mad libs and coloring sheets for the kids. Without the brand foundations behind me, I would've walked in so bare and empty. She let me focus on my art while she figured out how to draw people to it and helped give me the language to tell my story; that's exactly where a lot of artists get stuck, buried in marketing instead of making the work."

Daniel Cohen, Founder & Woodworker, Dark Ember Creations

  • "Chantelle and I crossed paths through an industry event, and before I knew it, we were collaborating on an incredible launch party for Songtrust. She brought a clear vision, so much care, and a stellar team together for the event, all while giving us room to mix in our own creative perspective as photographers for the evening. Her trust and thoughtfulness came through in our partnership, as well as the experience she created for guests. Anyone and any team would be lucky to work with her."

    Scott Hoffmann, Founder & Photographer

  • "I’ve worked with Chantelle for years, from virtual wellness workshops and events for CARE, to panels at Music Biz on artist and industry wellbeing, to partnering with her on Songtrust Amplified. What always stands out is the passion and connection she brings to everything she does. Having run a marketing agency myself, I know how important that is. Chantelle is warm, sharp, and genuinely cares not only about the music and the story being told but also the wellbeing of the artists and teams she works with which is essential to the sustainability of the work."

Marni Wadner, Executive Coach & Founder, Future Present

  • "I was brought on as part of a two-photographer team to cover the Songtrust Amplified launch party, and working with Chantelle was a smooth experience. Chantelle was our point of contact throughout, and she set us up well from the start — she came in with a clear vision for the coverage she wanted, communicated it plainly, and stayed accessible when things shifted during the event. That kind of clarity is underrated. Event photography lives or dies on how well the creative direction is defined before you're in an energetic room packed with a hundred people, and Chantelle removed all of the usual ambiguity. She's also just pleasant to work with — not a small thing when you're on your feet for six hours. I'd work with Chantelle and St. Clair Creative again without hesitation, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a team that makes content capture straightforward!"

questions

A few things people usually ask.

Quick answers before you reach out, or before you book the call.

That's exactly what the free 15-minute call is for. Roughly: work with me is for thinking something through together, and let me build it is for handing the execution off. If you're somewhere in between, we'll figure out the right starting point on the call.

For most projects, yes. I understand what it means to work with a lean budget or needing flexible payment options. Just ask when we talk; I'd rather find a way to make it work than have budget be the reason we don't.

Book a single session. One hour at $175 is the lowest-cost way to get real, specific help, and it often clarifies whether a bigger engagement even makes sense yet.

Brand new is welcome. Some of my favorite work happens right at the start, before habits, good or bad, are set.

I'll always be honest about what's in my wheelhouse. If something's outside what I do, or I don't have the bandwidth to give it the attention it deserves, I'll tell you upfront and either bring in someone I trust to help or refer you out to the best person for the job.
